Resident families of Corregidor Housing Fort Bragg/Fort bragg base housing can access the Corregidor Courts/Bougainville Community Center’s fitness room from 5 a.m. to 10 p.m. every day via “key fob”. Resident families can use any Community Center anytime during normal business hours. If you want to reserve your space in a Community Center, you need to contact the center’s Community Office.
Services Provided: The Corregidor Housing Fort Bragg Services Office provides housing entitlements briefings, Permissive TDY validation, lease review services, in and out processing services, housing referral services, manages the Utility Deposit Waiver Program, Service Members Civil Relief Act advisory services, provides tenant/landlord dispute mediation, conducts off post housing inspections to ensure compliance with Fort Bragg minimum housing adequacy standards, and controls the issuance of Certificates of Non-Availability.
